User errors are prevented. The life of the blades is increased significantly. The sensitive movement of the upper table is provided by hardened gantries and pulley system. In this way, the gantry lubrication and maintenance period is minimized. In PRO series Guillotine Shears, which can also be produced in high thickness and cutting length capacities, the backgauge movement is performed with 1000mm ball shaft and gapless gantries. The back gauge has a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1mm with programmable retraction and lift-up on long pieces.
